Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Narrative, the AI-visibility platform provided at yournarrative.ai (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Narrative measures how AI answer engines represent your brand, audits your web presence, recommends improvements, and — where you explicitly enable it — helps you apply approved changes and measure their results, including through third-party services you choose to connect.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the brand or organization on whose behalf you use the Service.
3. Your content and connected services
- You retain all rights to your content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to process your brand information, generate scores and recommendations, and store your metrics.
- When you connect a third-party service (such as Google Analytics or a website platform), you authorize Narrative to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms.
- Actions on your behalf (such as publishing an approved change) are taken only after your explicit approval, and are logged and visible to you. You are responsible for reviewing changes before approving them.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it to violate any law or third-party right, connecting accounts you are not authorized to manage, or reselling it without our agreement.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by Narrative and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no rights in the Service except the limited right to use it.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Recommendations, scores, forecasts, and measurements are informational — search and AI platforms are outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular visibility, ranking, traffic, or business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narrative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your connected-service credentials are deleted and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes will be resolved in its competent courts.
