The product costs nothing. Dashboards, campaigns, editing, approvals, publishing and exports are all free, for as long as you have an account. Nuggets pay for the AI work alone.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do nuggets expire?
Bought nuggets never expire. There is no monthly reset and nothing to use up before a date. The only clock is on the free nuggets you start with, which last 14 days from your first completed scan. Buy any amount and whatever is left stops expiring.
Can the price change after I buy?
Your rate is locked at the moment you buy, and nuggets bought at today's rate are never revalued. If we cut what an action costs, the cut reaches nuggets you already hold. A rise never does.
Can I end up owing you money?
No. There is no overage, no surprise invoice and no debt. Your balance can never go negative, not even with a card on file. If a balance cannot cover an action, the action waits.
What happens when I run out?
New work stops and nothing is taken away. Every score, report, mention and piece of copy you have already produced stays readable and exportable for as long as the account exists. A brand with an empty balance keeps its history and picks up exactly where it left off the moment you top up.
How do I know what I will spend?
What monitoring costs is your active prompts times your engines times how often you run, which is a fact rather than a forecast. New prompts arrive switched off, and a brand measures on ChatGPT alone until you add engines, so your spend only grows when you act.
Will you charge my card automatically?
Only if you turn that on, and it is off until you do. You choose the balance that triggers a top-up, which bundle it buys, and a monthly ceiling it will never cross.
